This AI assistant was created in an attempt to elevate the consumer shopping experience. The XPS used an interactive, dialogue-based approach to assist customers in discovering products. Functioning like an in-store expert, the XPS delivered personalized recommendations based on user responses to a series of questions.
In an attempt to to further comprehend the possibilities given when combining Artificial intelligence and brands as well as how emerging technologies recognize and define The North Face, we employed innovative tools to explore the impact and influence of Artificial Intelligence on branding.
